Phil is a marketer with over 20 years’ experience in the field. Common themes in his career have been the combination of the quantitative and the creative, usually with a focus on growth. He has been known to pull from a varied background that ranges from econometrics to anthropology to film-making.
In his role as Aon’s Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Executive Committee member he focuses on the firms marketing and communication programmes to best support strategic plans for industry leadership, growth and globalization. At Aon Phil has enjoyed rolling out SFDC, client voice programmes such as NPS, and globalizing the firms brand work with the Manchester United partnership in 120 countries. Phil prides himself on being a LGBT ally and sitting on Aon’s diversity council.
Currently Phil resides in London, however originally from Seattle which is where his love of the great outdoors originated. Phil’s interest in marketing is both professional and personal; he enjoys studying great marketing and reading about thoughtful analytics. Otherwise he enjoys creating photos, film-making and spending time with his family.
